Program Mission Statement:
The mission of the Deere Construction & Forestry Equipment Tech program is to prepare individuals for employment as high quality entry-level technicians with Deere Construction & Forestry Equipment dealers.

Program Goals:

• Provide technical training in the area of Deere Construction & Forestry Equipment; specifically engines, power trains, hydraulic & hydrostatic systems, electrical/electronic systems, fuel systems, heating & air-conditioning systems, basic welding, and basic machine operation.
  
  
  
• Provide an effective training program that meets the employment needs of the Deere Construction & Forestry Equipment Dealership.
  
  
  
• Provide students with safe working habits so as not to injure themselves, others, or personal property.
  
  
  
• Instill in the student a sense of punctuality and time management
