The Deere Construction & Forestry Equipment Tech Program is a seven quarter (21 month) program. The student is on campus participating in lecture/lab courses during four of those seven quarters. The other three quarters involve a unique opportunity for students to demonstrate the knowledge they have learned on campus at their sponsoring Deere Construction & Forestry Equipment dealership. During these Cooperative Education experiences the student is paid; helping offset the costs of college.
All tuition, fees, books, required tools, and related costs are the responsibility of the student. See estimated cost sheet.
The Deere Construction & Forestry Equipment Program at Southeast Community College is fully accredited by the State of Nebraska and by the North Central Association of Colleges and Schools.
Upon successful completion of the program the student will be awarded an Associate of Applied Science Degree.
