The world of electronics and information technology is an exciting and challenging profession that allows workers to be creative and challenges them to improve on their skills and abilities. The electronic technician plays a major role in the installation, configuration and maintenance of electronic and information technology types of devices and systems used in residential, business and industrial applications.
Electronic Technicians are needed in all aspects of the electronic and information technology industry. The Electronic industry is constantly changing and expanding into new technologies that require highly skilled technicians to install these systems and keep them going.

The Electronic Systems Technology Program is offered on both the Lincoln and Milford campus.
The Electronic Systems Technology program offers two focus areas:

After successful completion of the Electronic Systems Technology program requirements, the student then makes a choice to either graduate or obtain additional training in the Electronic Engineering Technology program.
The Electronic Engineering Technology program offers additional training in two focus areas:
All tuition, fees, books, required tools, and related costs are the responsibility of the student. See estimated cost list. Upon successful completion of the program the student will be awarded an Associate of Applied Science Degree.
Program Mission Statement:
The mission of the Electronic Servicing and Electronic Technology Program is to prepare students to install, configure, analyze, test, maintain, and repair consumer electronics, industrial controls, robotics, security systems, communication systems, computer systems and networks.
