Q: How do I apply for scholarships?
A: Go to website http://scc.scholarships.ngwebsolutions.com and complete the online application. Also, check out our scholarship box in the financial aid office for other outside scholarships.
Q: What is census day?
It is also called lock day. This is the day when aid is adjusted based on enrollment status and no more classes can be added without approval. Aid will be set based on enrollment status.
Q: Do I have to be a declared student in order to receive financial aid?
A: Yes, you must be in a program of study.
Q: If I fail a class can I retake it and financial aid will cover?
A: Yes, you can take a class two times with financial aid covering the tuition.
