SCC's Lincoln Campus Honors Employees for Years of Service
Fifty-eight Southeast Community College employees who averaged 13.31 years of service and collectively accumulated 772 years of service were honored during a ceremony in late April at SCC's Lincoln Campus.
Faculty and staff who have worked at SCC's Lincoln locations from 5 to 35 years, with 2008 being their employment anniversary, were recognized during a ceremony in the cafeteria.
Jeanette Volker, vice president for student services and Lincoln Campus director, served as emcee of the event. SCC President Dr. Jack Huck presented the awards.
Volker's executive secretary, Karen Reitz, has been solely responsible for the overall coordination, organization, ordering, and follow-through with the 19-year event.
