"This very high award is given to a business educator who has demonstrated exceptional service to the profession on a state, regional and national level," said Toni Landenberger, co-chair of the BSAD and Office Professional programs on the Beatrice Campus. "As Sheryl has served on many committees and has held many positions for the Nebraska State Business Education Association, Mountain-Plains Business Education Association and the National Business Education Association, she is very deserving of this very prestigious award."

"I am delighted to receive the award," said Piening Keller, who received a clock.
