COLLEGE CREDIT FOR HIGH SCHOOL STUDENTS
Students in participating high schools can earn college credit right in their schools. Courses are taught by SCC faculty through an interactive network between SCC campuses and schools.
- First-and second-year college level courses in English, math, psychology, and many more
- Technical courses and day and evening class schedules also available
- Credit transfers to SCC, other Nebraska community colleges, 4-year colleges and universities
ONLINE COURSES AND PROGRAMS THROUGH SCC ONLINE
- First-and second-year college level academic courses in composition, math, psychology, business, many others
- Convenience of learning at home via the Internet with interaction between SCC faculty and students
- Learner support services such as online registration, access to the bookstore, SCC library system, and advising
- SCC Distance Learning Academy includes complete online associate degrees in Business Administration (also offered on Beatrice, Lincoln, and Milford campuses), Radiologic Technology, Respiratory Care, Surgical Technology, Dental Assisting (all four health programs also offered on Lincoln Campus)
- Criminal Justice (also offered on Beatrice and Lincoln campuses), Early Childhood Education (also offered on Lincoln Campus) and Medical Coding programs offered online cooperatively with other Nebraska community colleges
ACTIVITIES, ATHLETICS, ORGANIZATIONS AND GREAT COLLEGE EXPERIENCE
