Program Requirements & Student Responsibilities
- Complete and submit an Application for Admission form and return it to the SCC Lincoln Campus. Students accepted into the program will be chosen on a first-come, first-served basis. Apply online or print the Application for Admission.
- Schedule an appointment to take the COMPASS test. ACT scores may be accepted. Please call the SCC Lincoln Campus Assessment Office at (402) 437-2715 or 1-800-642-4075, Ext. 2715 for an appointment. - Students must be in their last two quarters of their program and have achieved a minimum grade-point average of 2.0 on a 4.0 scale prior to the internship.
- Adhere to the policies of the employer, just as any other employee.
- Adhere to the grooming and uniform policies of the program.
- Completely perform assigned work and complete agreed-upon objectives.
- Complete all necessary records for the internship file.
