- Copy of transcript demonstrating graduation from an associate degree program from a health care-related program of study, or a copy of a current RT or RN license.
- A current Health Care Provider CPR card (contact Program Chari for specific requirements).
- Completed health statement.
- A Criminal Background Check will be required of each student in the program. Based on the outcome of the CBC, a student may be prevented from taking certain courses, accessing certain laboratory experiences, or completing the program. A non-refundable of $45 will be assessed for this Criminal Background Check.
- Complete the online SCC school orientation.
- A minimum (C+) must be maintained in all courses in order to progress through the program.
- Current students are required to take a two-day seminar at SCC’s Lincoln Campus. Students are responsible for travel and lodging for the two days.
Clinical Education
Students are required to complete 240 contact hours of clinical education. Clinical and laboratory work will be completed in an approved local sleep center. Sleep center approval and contracts will be completed on an individual basis.
Criminal Background CheckA
criminal background check will be required of each student in this program. A non-refundable fee of $45 will be assessed for this CBC.
