Student Support Services Staff
"TRIO/Student Support Services program is not only a foundation of my academic success, but also a focal point of my professional life. It made me to become what I am today.”
~Santino Akot
"TRIO/SSS is an organization that is helpful to any student that wants a successful future. They have saved me from suffering and learning by mistakes"
~Peter Kong
"TRIO/SSS staff is like my family, they always support me, academically, emotionally and financially. They always remind me to renew my FAFSA and apply for scholarships. I like all the TRIO/SSS activities"
~Evan Lago
"Trio has helped me with planning. I am now more aware of what I'm doing"
~Alicia Lenners
"I got great things from this program. Since I started in July, I have gotten help with books and scheduling classes. There is always someone in the office if you need someone to talk to."
~Britney Konicek
"TRIO has helped me out in financial ways if they have it available, TRIO will lend out a book needed for one of my classes, therefore saving me some money at the bookstore. Also, I am taking a math class so i needed a graphing calculator, but I will only need it for one quarter, then I will probably never use it again. TRIO, also lends out calculators for you to use, and it’s nice to have that available to you. TRIO has a variety of many different things available to you, and it would be a shame to miss out on a wonderful opportunity like this"
~Samantha Duis
"Trio has helped me meet my academic goals; not only by providing me with advice and knowledge, but also by directing me towards other programs that have helped me receive more funds for college so that I can continue to go to school and further my education. If it weren't for the extra time and effort that TRIO spent helping me and making sure that I was headed in the right direction to complete my educational goals, I wouldn't be able to afford to go to college and wouldn't be where I am today in my field of study which is criminal justice. Thanks TRIO!!!"
