Keynote speaker: Chris Chesney
Entering his 45th year in the automotive aftermarket, Chris Chesney has served in almost every role, from ASE Certified Master Technician to mentor to shop owner to trainer. For the past 18 years he has led one of the largest aftermarket training programs in North America with more than 50 instructors focused on helping in-service technicians and service advisors become ready to service their customers. As a member of the National Automotive Service Task Force Board of Directors and the current board chair for the Automotive Training Managers Council, Chris is focused on bringing the aftermarket together in an effort to solve the technician shortage via better support of vocational education and the creation of a structured career path for technicians, from entry into the industry through retirement.
