  • If everyone is moving forward together, then success takes care of itself --Henry Ford

    Our rotating course offerings include:

  • Whether the focus is on service, quality, cost, value, speed, efficiency, or performance, effective teams are the building blocks of successful organizations. Consequently, your success as an organization can often depend on how well you and other team members operate together. How are your problem-solving skills? Is the team enthusiastic and motivated to do its best? Do you work well together? This course can help you get there!
The demographics of the workforce are changing.  Approximately 10,000 Millennials are joining the workforce per day and they comprise about 1/3 of the population.  Are you ready for the revolution in your workplace?  This class will focus on not only understanding the Millennial Generation but also identifying its similarities and differences to previous generations.  We will explore some of the milestones that have influenced the different generations as well as develop useful insights into how to affirm the strengths of each group.  This class will provide a very beneficial but practical guide to creating dynamic and effective multi-generational teams.

Supervisors are measured by the productivity of their team. Effective delegation is essential to supervision and management but a difficult role for many to assume. This session helps participants understand the importance of delegation and supports the skill development required for effective delegation.

Successful leaders understand that regular coaching is integral to their job. We present coaching and training as part of an overall development process and show how to integrate both into other management processes. This enables managers to build their team all of the time, not just coach them when there is a problem that needs attention. The result is more productive, more effective teams. In this program, participants will learn to use coaching to improve the performance of others.

Join us for a unique immersive experience in team development. You will learn the fundamentals of team leadership and participation and then put these skills to use in our own version of the hit television show, “Chopped.” In this innovative class experience, you will learn how your mindset can make or break your team, how to manage multiple projects without losing your mojo and how homogeneous teams destroy your chances of making the cut in the workplace. Join us for this hands-on class where you will be put to the test using your new skills by competing in our version of a celebrity kitchen.
