FSDT-2220 - Buffet Decorating & Catering

Students will research, plan and prepare menus, and foods made in class for three buffets which are open to the public. Students will prepare rolled fondant cakes, bread-dough art sculptures, Daikon swans, marzipan and rolled buttercream
