PARM-2900 - Paramedic Internship

Prerequisite: PARM1129. This capstone course incorporates an educational approach to assist the student in the application and demonstration of the knowledge and skills learned in the Paramedic program within the EMS field setting. Students shall be placed on an ambulance or rescue under the direct supervision of an approved field preceptor and will be required to demonstrate the ability to perform as a competent team leader, demonstrate thorough patient assessment skills and formulate proper treatment plans for each situation encountered.
