PHYS-1030 - Astronomy (with Lab)

Prerequisite: MATH0950 or equivalent. The study of the nature and motions of the night sky, planets, the sun, the stars, and their lives, galaxies, and the structure of the universe. This is an elementary course designed for non-science majors with an approach that uses minimal mathematics. Laboratory allows students to study selected topics in more detail.
