Welcome to Course Ground Coffee, the Lincoln Campus premiere coffeeshop, an affiliate of Course Restaurant and the Great Plains Culinary Institute.
Students of various Programs of Study are employed part time at Course Ground Coffee. They are responsible for preparing exceptional specialty coffee beverages. Café style food is provided by Course Restaurant. The full menu is available all day, and the coffee is roasted fresh in house. See our menu.
Faculty and students alike have grown to love Course Ground Coffee. Located next to the Student Center and across the hall from the gymnasium makes it easily accessible.
Course Ground Coffee is the Great Plains Culinary Institute’s newest expansion. Curriculum for culinary students to begin working at Course Ground Coffee for class credit is being developed. Continuing education classes also will be available in this space.
