This information will be updated as it becomes available to inform our students, faculty, staff, and larger community regarding any possible financial aid implications related to COVID-19.
If you have questions about your account, you may email us at email@example.com, call us at 402-437-2610 or stop by in person. If you are unable to reach someone by phone, please leave a voicemail and we will return your call as soon as possible.
Students must continue to maintain minimum program enrollment requirements to receive aid.
All borrowers with federally held student loans will automatically have their interest rates set to 0% for a period of at least 60 days. In addition, each of these borrowers will have the option to suspend their payments for at least two months to allow them greater flexibility during the national emergency. This will allow borrowers to temporarily stop their payments without worrying about accruing interest.
Visit StudentAid.gov/coronavirus for forthcoming details.
Verification documentation for 2019-20 and/or 2020-21 can be submitted via U.S. Mail, fax at 402-437-2402, or by using the SCC financial aid secure drop box.
