Important Registration & Records Updates

  • While Southeast Community College locations are closed until further notice in an effort to prevent the spread of COVID-19, Registration and Records is still available to meet your needs! We encourage you to contact us by emailing registration@southeast.edu or calling 402-437-2605. We are available Monday-Thursday 7:30 a.m. to 7:30 p.m. and Friday 7:30 a.m. to 5 p.m.

    Commencement

    Commencement is a time of celebration for students and their families. At this time, Southeast Community College, in compliance with a Directed Health Measure ordered by the Lincoln-Lancaster County Health Department as it relates to COVID-19, has cancelled its 2020 Spring Semester Commencement ceremony originally scheduled for May 6. SCC is working on planning a future event, and we look forward to honoring our graduates.

    Registration

    SCC welcomes all students who want to register for classes. We have many students who take credit classes with SCC because they are degree-seeking students who intend to pursue a degree in a particular Program of Study at SCC. Other students, known as Visiting Students, take credit classes because they intend to transfer credits to be used toward the pursuit of a degree at another institution.

    Transcript Requests

    The College provides transcripts via three methods: the Transcript Request Form, WebAdvisor (available through The Hub) or electronic request.

    In-School Deferment Requests

    If you have a paper In-School Deferment Request form, please complete your information and send it to registration@southeast.edu.

    Enrollment Verifications

    To request an Enrollment Verification, log-in to the Hub and in the WebAdvisor tab, select “Academic Profile,” then “Enrollment Verification Request.”

    Name/Information Changes

    If you need to change your name, update your address or change other biographical information, please email us at registration@southeast.edu for further instructions.
