Food and Dining

  • Each campus provides a food service facility. Vending machines and microwaves are also available on each campus.

    The Beatrice campus operates a Snack Bar located in the Kennedy Center. It is open Monday - Friday for breakfast and lunch. Catering services are available, also. 

    The Lincoln campus operates a cafeteria located in the main hallway near the front entrance. The cafeteria serves breakfast, lunch, and a snack menu throughout the afternoon and evening hours. Catering services are available by special arrangement. 

    The Milford campus food service is provided on contract for students in the campus cafeteria provided by Aramark, a private contractor. Non-contract meals for visitors and guests are also available. The cafeteria is closed on Friday evenings and on weekends.

    Vending machines also are available at the Jack J. Huck Continuing Education CenterEducation Square downtown location and the Entrepreneurship Center.

     Each quarter, students in the Food Service/Hospitality program on the Lincoln campus offer a fine dining experience. These events are open to the public and require reservations. Please visit our fine-dining page for more information.
