Course
The Culinary/Hospitality Program on the Lincoln Campus, offers student run meals every term which are open to the public. Please email course@southeast.edu or call and leave a message on the Reservation line at 402-437-2727. Each campus provides a food service facility. Vending machines and microwaves also are available on each campus.
Beatrice
The Beatrice Campus operates the Storm Center Dining.
Monday-Friday
- Breakfast 8-9 a.m.
- Continental 9-9:30 a.m.
- Lunch 11:30a.m.-1 p.m.
- Self-Serve Line 1-1:30 p.m.
- Dinner 6-7:30 p.m.
Saturday-Sunday
- Brunch 11 a.m.-12:30 p.m.
Lincoln
The Lincoln Campus operates a Café located in the main hallway near the front entrance. The Café serves breakfast, lunch and snacks through the afternoon and evening hours.
Monday-Thursday
- Breakfast 7:30 a.m.–10 a.m.
- Lunch 10:45 a.m.–1:30 p.m.
- Doors close at 2 p.m.
Friday
- Breakfast 7:30 a.m.–10 a.m.
- Lunch 10:45 a.m.–12:30 p.m.
- Doors close at 12:30 p.m.
Milford
Dining facility is located in the Dunlap Center.
Monday-Thursday
- Breakfast 7-8:30 a.m.
- Lunch 11 a.m.-1 p.m.
- Dinner 5-6:30 p.m.
Friday
- Breakfast 7-8:30 a.m.
- Lunch 11 a.m.-1 p.m.
- No Dinner Served
Vending machines also are available at the Jack J. Huck Continuing Education Center, Education Square downtown location and the Entrepreneurship Center.
