Food and Dining

  • Course

    The Culinary/Hospitality Program on the Lincoln Campus, offers student run meals every quarter which are open to the public. Please email course@southeast.edu or call and leave a message on the Reservation line at 402-437-2727. More information about Course including hours, menus, reservations and driving directions can be found on the Course webpage.

    Each campus provides a food service facility. Vending machines and microwaves also are available on each campus.

    Beatrice

    The Beatrice Campus operates the Storm Center Cafe located in the Kennedy Center.

    Monday-Thursday

    • Breakfast served 7:30 a.m.-10 a.m.
    • Lunch and dinner served 10:30 a.m.-7:30 p.m.
    • Grab-and-go items and drinks are available from 7:30 p.m.-8 p.m.

    Friday

    • Breakfast served 7:30 a.m.-10 a.m.
    • Lunch served 10:30 a.m.-2 p.m.

    Catering services are available, also.

    Coming for Fall of 2019

    A new dining facility will open on campus. With the new facility will be a new meal plan option. On-campus students will be enrolled in an all-you-care-to-eat 14-meal per week dining plan (with the option to upgrade to a 17-meal per week plan). Breakfast, lunch and dinner will be served Monday through Friday with brunch served on Saturday and Sunday. Students will be able to choose from various stations to meet any interest including pizza, sandwiches, a daily special, and a soup/salad bar. Commuter students, staff, and the public can also eat in the dining hall with options to pay by the meal or with a 10-meal, discounted punch card. Contact the Food Service Director for special dietary restrictions. Food service will be provided via Great Western, a private contractor.

    Lincoln

    The Lincoln Campus operates a Café located in the main hallway near the front entrance. The Café serves breakfast, lunch and snacks through the afternoon and evening hours. Catering services are available by special arrangement.

    Milford

    The Milford Campus food service is provided on contract for students in the campus cafeteria provided by Aramark, a private contractor. Non-contract meals for visitors and guests also are available. The cafeteria is closed on Friday evenings and on weekends.
