Gap Tuition Assistance

  • This program provides need-based financial support for tuition and other eligible costs for approved, short-termed non-credit training opportunities focused on employment and select credit courses.

What is the Gap Assistance Program?

The Community College Gap Assistance Program offers financial aid to community college students taking non-credit courses that could lead to jobs in high-need fields. These are need based students who would not be eligible for federal financial aid because, although they are enrolled in college, they are not enrolled in courses for credit that lead directly to a degree.
