Catalog Description:
A clinic-based comprehensive study of limited radiography that will present the fundamentals of radiation, including procedures and techniques, as well as methods of minimizing radiation exposure to patients and personnel. Procedures include chest and extremities only.Â
Course Information:
Class will meet twice per week from 4 p.m.-5:25 p.m.

Course policies:
- Students receiving less than a 75% or C+ in this class will still progress through the Medical Assisting core program and be eligible to sit for the CMA (AAMA) state board exam.
