    Earn a B or better in this course to qualify for tuition reimbursement and get hired by Nelnet! Qualifying students hired by Nelnet will learn from a team of professionals and build their career. Here’s how it works:

    1. Enroll in SCC’s Customer Service course.
    2. Earn a grade of B or higher.
    3. Following the course, qualifying students will be offered a position at Nelnet. Students hired by Nelnet will be reimbursed for their tuition and book costs* for the course, in addition to future tuition reimbursement opportunities to help finish their degree.

    You’ll learn invaluable customer service skills and key tools that the Nelnet Call Center staff utilizes daily to serve their customers. Great careers start at Nelnet!

    1. Log into thehub.southeast.edu
    2. Enter your Username and Password (Your Username is your first initial + last initial + SCC ID number with no leading zeros.) For example: John Smith, SCC ID number 0123456: js123456
    3. Select WebAdvisor for Students
    4. Select Student Registration
    5. Select Register for Sections
    6. Select Search and register for sections
    7. Select Fall 2013 (October 2) for the term; under Subject, select BSAD; type 6855 under Course Number
    8. Click Submit
    9. Select the class and click Submit Under Action, select Register and click Submit
