Genealogy is a hot topic right now, so persons interested in researching their family history, land records, or learning about the latest technologies being applied by genealogists, this conference is a must.

Kelly Morgan, assistant director of continuing education at SCC-Beatrice, said past conferences have drawn people from near and far.

“We’ve had participants from Nebraska, Kansas, Missouri, Iowa, Illinois, and even Germany one year,” she said.

The conference will feature renowned speakers from all over the nation, along with food, entertainment, vendors, and onsite help for all genealogy needs. SCC and Homestead National Monument of America have partnered once again to bring in professional genealogists to present a variety of topics and techniques that will enhance anyone’s genealogical research.
