Credit hour cost conversion
Besides a normal annual increase in tuition and fees by the SCC Board of Governors, the cost of attendance would stay neutral. For example, the 2018-2019 quarter total credit hour cost (tuition + fees) is $69.50 (in state), and if converted to a semester system, the total cost (tuition + fees) is $104.25 (in state).
