Join us for this close-to-home trip that is packed with new adventures. Our first stop will be the Country Lavender Farm in Hampton where you will make and take home a Lavender stem basket. We also will tour the Lavender Farm and see how the lavender plants are processed. There might even be a bit of time to shop the gift shop as well. Then it’s off to York to enjoy a lunch on your own at the well-known Chances “R” Restaurant. After a yummy lunch it’s a short 15-minute ride to the Harmony Gardens and Daylily Farm in Benedict. You can enjoy the beauty of the daylily fields and the massive variety of lilies (plus other plants). Harmony Gardens includes greenhouses, gardens and retail shop. What a lovely way to spend the day!
Trip requires a fair amount of walking. Tuition includes motor coach transportation and basket class tuition. Registration deadline is when enrollment limit is met. No refunds after June 2.
