Steps for Admission:
- Application for Admission - Apply online
- High School Transcripts - Send original high school transcripts to internationaladmissions@southeast.edu or mailed to the Admissions Office at the campus that you are applying
to.
- College Transcripts - Send official college transcripts directly to SCC from the college or university(s) previously attended.
- TOEFL/IELTS - If English is not the only official language of your home country, students must complete either the TOEFL or the IELTS. The official copy of the scores must come directly from the testing service and must be completed
within the last 3 years.
- To register for the TOEFL visit http://www.ets.org/toefl. The TOEFL code for SCC is 6795.
- To register for the IELTS visit https://www.ielts.org/en-us.
- Send Placement Test Scores which includes ACT, SAT, or Next Generation Accuplacer. Reading and Writing scores must be within the last five years and Math scores within the last three years. Test scores must be sent directly from the
Test Service.
- Bank Documents - Students must show a minimum of $20,000 USD. Bank documents must be in English and be dated within the last 3 months.
- Affidavit of Support Form - This form needs to be completed by the student if self-funded. If receiving funds from a sponsor, this form needs to be completed by the student and the sponsor.
- Complete Birth City Form
- Passport - All students will need to provide a copy of their passport page prior to an I-20 being issued.
International Transfer Students must complete all of the above international student requirements, and submit the following:
- Copy of their Visa page
- Copy of their I-94
- Copy of their I-20 from the transfer-out school
