    Transitions

Transitions helps students improve the Next Generation ACCUPLACER test scores and to prepare students for college-level coursework by offering an independent study “Quick Start” non-credit course to improve reading, writing, math, computer and study skills. For a minimal fee of $20, students gain access to an online course and materials, sample tests and tutors plus they receive a waiver to retest for free.

    How does it work?

Meet with your Admissions Counselor, College Advisor or Transitions Academic Coaches to assess your needs and current course placement in reading, writing and math, based on your college-entrance scores.  Register for the Transitions “Quick Start” course to improve college-entrance test scores for college admittance, program admittance or higher course placement.
