Distinguished Alumni Nomination Milford

Selection for a Milford Distinguished Alumni will be based upon the following criteria:

• Degree/Diploma from Southeast Community College Milford Campus
• Recipient graduated at least 5+ years ago
• Career responsibilities, community service/involvement, continued education and professional accomplishments
• Not a current SCC faculty or staff member

Please complete the following and submit no later than March 1, 2024.  Nominee will then receive a form to complete and return to SCC for consideration.  Recognition will be presented in June or July of each year.
