    Dr. Paul Illich, SCC president, and Brandon Harpster, chair of the Culinary/Hospitality program, cut the ribbon officially opening the Great Plains Culinary Institute and Course restaurant. The ceremony took place May 17 at the Lincoln Campus. Members of SCC’s Board of Governors, representatives from the Lincoln Chamber of Commerce, and SCC Culinary Hospitality students and faculty helped cut the ribbon.
