SCC NEWS
As SCC continues its evolution as a leader in workforce development across Southeast Nebraska and beyond, Dr. Paul Illich finds himself drawn to his workshop.
Tim Higgins graduated from SCC in 1983 from the Food Service/Hospitality program. He started working part-time for Runza at 19 and retired in 2022 as a manager after 40 years with the restaurant.
