Samoilenko graduated from Lincoln Southwest High School, and thanks to Southeast Community College’s Learn to Dream scholarship he enrolled in classes for his Associate of Applied Science in Computer Information Technology.
When Dr. Paul Illich arrived at Southeast Community College as the new president in 2014, he didn't come to maintain the status quo. He came to change it.
