You'll learn essential management skills including team building, strategic planning, decision-making processes and quality control. This program builds on your clinical experience, teaching you to apply healthcare knowledge to management situations. Graduates are prepared for leadership positions as medical office managers, department supervisors and healthcare administrators across hospitals, clinics and other healthcare facilities, with options to transfer to four-year programs.

Strategic Planning and Decision-Making
You will master planning processes and decision-making skills essential for healthcare management roles. This includes learning to analyze complex situations, evaluate options and implement strategic solutions that improve healthcare operations and patient outcomes.
