Camp Schedule

Check-in is from 8-8:30 a.m. All days are scheduled from 8:30 a.m.-3:30 p.m. Snacks and lunch will be provided each day.

Manufacturing Engineering, Welding & Nondestructive Testing
  • Create & Design with Manufacturing Engineering: 3-D model components for a custom hammer holder using SolidWorks.
  • Spark Your Interest with Welding: Learn how to nest and generate the cut paths for fabrication.
  • Inspect & Test: Explore Nondestructive Testing—Find internal cracks, flaws, and weaknesses in materials without cutting them apart by using the Magnet Particle Testing lab!

Precision Machining
  • Hands-On Building: Build your own 2½-pound dead blow hammer with our Precision Machining program.
  • Technology in Action: Learn to operate CNC mills and CNC lathes, the high-tech tools used in precision manufacturing.

  • Energy Introduction: Dive into renewable energy technologies and systems, including solar, wind and sustainable power sources.
