    SCC-Beatrice is located in Gage County in southeast Nebraska and enrolls over 900 students on a beautiful semi-rural campus. The campus offers the Academic Transfer program providing first and second year college courses for students who wish to transfer credits to a four-year college. Technical/career programs include an outstanding Agricultural Business and Management program which has a model land and animal laboratory. Also included are excellent programs in Nebraska Law Enforcement, Business, Mass Media, and Practical Nursing.

    Intercollegiate Athletics SCC-Beatrice is a member of the Nebraska Community College Athletic Conference (NCCAC), and the National Junior College Athletic Association (NJCAA), Region IX. Teams compete at the intercollegiate level in men's basketball, women's basketball, men's golf, women's volleyball, men's baseball and women's softball. SCC athletic participation is governed by the eligibility rules of the National Junior College Athletic Association. The competitive athletic programs at Southeast Community College-Beatrice are a vital part of the campus since competition between teams and businesses helps all grow stronger. Since teamwork and the team effort is what make each of these entities competitive, athletic teams at Southeast Community College help students gain the skills to become successful in the world of teamwork. Participation by the student athletes in the program has resulted in one of the finest community college athletic programs in the nation with athletes receiving All-American and Academic All-American honors along with national recognition. The program continues to grow due to the participation and support from the coaches, athletes, student body, parents and the community of Beatrice.

    The Beatrice community benefits from Continuing Education classes which educate individuals in recreation and hobbies as well as provide training for those seeking job advancement or career changes. SCC-Beatrice Continuing Education also offers some seminars of national interest in cooperation with the Homestead National Monument, Inc.
