New Residence Hall – January 2024
Woodhaven Hall is the new residence hall on the Lincoln Campus scheduled to open in January 2024. It is a suite-style residence hall with a variety of room style options. Each student will have a closet, dresser, desk, chair, and a Twin XL bed. Quad suites have a vanity area shared for each bedroom. Each suite has a kitchenettes with a refrigerator and microwave. Students are not permitted to bring additional refrigerators and microwaves due to electrical load.
The Quad style suites are for four residents. There are two double bedrooms adjoined by the shared kitchenette area. These are the most common room styles in the hall.
The Double style suites are for two residents. There are two single bedrooms adjoined by the shared kitchenette area. This room style is limited.
A limited number of ADA rooms are available after accommodations being set up with our Accommodations Resource Office.
Homestead Hall
Homestead Hall is a suite-style residence hall that can accommodate four residents per suite with either private single-bedroom or shared double-bedroom options. Each suite has a couch, loveseat, end table, and coffee table in the shared living space. A refrigerator and microwave are provided in the kitchenette area. Each bedroom has one or two TwinXL beds, and each student has their own desk, chair, and dresser provided.
Eisenhower and Washington Halls
These are apartment-style residence halls on the Beatrice Campus. Apartments can accommodate two to four residents per apartment (two-bedroom apartments are limited). All bedrooms are shared double-bedrooms. The shared living room includes a couch, loveseat and coffee table. The kitchen includes a refrigerator, dish washer, garbage disposal, and either a bar with bar stools or a table and four chairs (students must furnish their own microwave, if desired). Each bedroom contains two TwinXL beds, two desks, two desk chairs, and one shared two-drawer dresser.
Meadow and Prairie Halls
Both Meadow and Prairie Halls are suite-style residence halls that can accommodate four residents per suite with either private single-bedroom or shared double-bedroom options. Each suite has a couch, loveseat, end table, and coffee table in the shared living space. A refrigerator and microwave are provided in the kitchenette area. Each bedroom has one or two TwinXL beds, and each student has their own desk, chair, and dresser provided.
Pioneer Complex
This is an apartment-style residence hall on the Milford Campus. It can accommodate up to four residents per apartment. All bedrooms are shared double-bedrooms. Each apartment has four TwinXL beds, two desks (shared per bedroom), a kitchen table, four chairs, refrigerator, stove/oven, garbage disposal, sofa, lounge chair, coffee table, and end table. Students will have to bring a microwave.
