Welcome to Course Ground Coffee, the Lincoln Campus premiere coffeeshop, an affiliate of Course Restaurant and the Great Plains Culinary Institute.
Students of various Programs of Study gain valuable experience working part-time at Course Ground Coffee. They prepare exceptional specialty coffee beverages and serve a variety of café-style food options prepared by the Executive Chef of Course Restaurant.
Students, faculty and staff love Course Ground Coffee where the coffee is roasted fresh in-house. Located at the main entrance at Lincoln Campus at Door 1, it easy to grab a cup of coffee on your way to class, work or a meeting.
Members of the community are welcome to stop by the coffee shop for a delightful experience! Whether you prefer cozy booths, communal tables, or basking in the outdoors, we have the perfect spot for you to unwind or catch up with friends. We also understand the importance of staying connected, so we offer plenty of areas equipped with charging stations for all your devices. For those musically inclined, our community piano awaits, inviting everyone to play a tune or two.
