For the third year a “Giving Tree” was put up at Southeast Community College’s Lincoln Campus for children of Transitions and TRiO students. Around 53 children will be able to have a happy holiday because of generous employees.
The Southeast Community College Board of Governors approved a $2 per credit hour increase in the tuition rate and a $2 per credit hour increase in facilities fee for the 2023-2024 academic year during its regular monthly meeting Dec. 13. The motion passed on a 9-2 vote.
